Burnaby: Push-button system open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

New Westminster: The Parks are on 15-minute cycles that are manually activated and generally operate from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

I can confirm that both stanley park and granville Island are both opened now.
